Seattle Photographer

Hi, I’m Evan! I was born and raised in Ukraine, where I spent my childhood and youth. In 2014, my wife and young daughter and I moved to Vietnam to work as photographers, and this experience allowed me to develop my skills and open up new perspectives in my craft.

After spending a few years in Vietnam, my family and I decided to move to Montenegro and Croatia, where I continued to work as a photographer. During this time I have had the opportunity to capture stunning landscapes, diverse cultures and unique moments that have shaped my artistic vision.

Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about photography and its ability to tell stories and evoke emotion. Whether capturing natural beauty or human connection, I strive to create meaningful and impactful images.

Now I live in Seattle and continue to explore the world through the lens, looking for new adventures and opportunities to hone my skills.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident. Together we will plan and design a photo session according to your needs.

I love natural light and nature. At every shooting, I use a variety of shooting styles, including traditional and contemporary portraits, photojournalism, candid shots, and close-ups of every detail (large and small). I am practical and attentive to details, but at the same time I am calm and like to have fun.

From the moment we got in touch, my goal is to help you have the ultimate wedding photography experience. I’ll help you plan your day, work with you to realize your vision, help you pose, and most importantly, we’ll have fun. I look forward to meeting you!

Evan Aristov Photography

I’ve been doing photography for over 12 years. For me, photographing is not a job but a passion. I photograph in almost all genres. I love people, I think everyone is unique and beautiful in their own way, so I try to do everything to show their beauty in the photo. I work in Seattle, but is always ready to leave the city to shoot in other places. The more interesting you have an idea, the more likely we are to work together. Therefore, text me, do not hesitate. I’m always open to new friends.

My aim is to create photographs that remain elegant and inspiring not just today, but for decades to come. I strive to capture moments that withstand the test of time and become a valuable legacy for future generations. Let these magnificent captures serve as a window to the past, through which you can show your grandchildren a glimpse of your life, filled with beauty and emotion.

You will like yourself in my photographs

The first and most important thing is to initially take a beautiful shot. So that the light falls beautifully and softly, so that the people in the frame look natural, relaxed and happy.

The next step is to select the most successful photographs.

Then color correction and retouching come to our aid. Color correction includes correction of white balance, saturation and brightness, that is, changing and improving the color balance and overall perception of color in the image.

And the final part is retouching.

1.Skin Blemish Removal: This includes the removal of blemishes, cellulite, pimples, redness, wrinkles and other skin imperfections that may be undesirable in photography.

2. Natural correction of the figure (if desired and necessary) — reducing the volume of parts of the body, raising the double chin (especially in profile photographs, even the thinnest face can have a double chin, which can be raised a little and the face will become neater. And so on.

3. Even out your tan.

4. Smoothing out wrinkles on clothes.

5. Removing unnecessary people and unnecessary objects from the frame.

F A Q

Answering your questions

I will be glad to work at your wedding

Where do you work?

I photograph all over Washington State. If you would like photography in another state, please message me to discuss details

How long does processing take?

3-5 weeks from the date of photography

How does the process of selecting the best photos work?

There are 2 options.
1) I independently select the best photos for processing.
2) You choose the photos you want to see processed

How many photos do you edit?

The number of photos that undergo editing depends on the type of shooting and the number of hours.

How can we get the photos?

You will receive your finished photos in the form of an individual private gallery via a link, which you can share with friends and family if you wish. Photos can be downloaded either individually or as a whole archive. There is no loss of quality.

Do you give away all the photos (RAW format)?

Yes. RAW files can be purchased, but only after receiving processed JPEGs. Cost 150$

How can I book a date?

The condition for booking a date for wedding photography is a 30% prepayment. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the shoot.

How do I pay for a photo session?

he entire amount minus the advance payment is paid in cash or Pay Pal, Venmo, Zelle on the day of the shoot.

We can't wait. Can we take the photos faster?

Yes, express order fulfillment (up to 7 calendar days) +35% of the cost.

We don't know how to pose. Can you tell us how to stand up?

I believe that the secret of a good photo shoot is not to “correctly” stand in the right pose, unless we are talking about fashion photography, but to relax and be yourself. I will give you a certain vector of actions, but the more proactive and mobile you are, the better your photographs will turn out. Perhaps, at least for the duration of the photo shoot, you need to go back a little to childhood, when you could easily do a cartwheel in the middle of the street and you didn’t care what others thought. Unwind, let your little child, who sits somewhere deep inside each of us, come out. If we are talking about a couple’s shoot, then do not hesitate to show emotions towards your significant other. Do not for a second let go of the thought of how dear this person is to you and how dearly you love him. In any shoot there is always a share of classical staging, when you really need to get into a beautiful pose, and then I will also come to the rescue.

Do we need to do any special preparation for photography?

Selected clothing in color and style for the whole family or couple will be an excellent addition to a successful photo shoot. As well as a good sleep and a delicious breakfast.

What to do if it rains?

If we are talking about a wedding shoot that cannot be rescheduled for another day, then, firstly, take care of umbrellas in advance. Please buy transparent or matching umbrellas that match your look.

What time of day is best to take photographs?

The best time for a photo shoot is pre-sunset and sunset. This is a softer and longer lasting light. And not sleepy faces (compared to the photo at dawn)
